Membership Renewal Information

It is time to renew your Piedmont Chapter SAR membership

To ensure all information on members is current for the production of our Annual Directory in time for our February Annual Banquet, we need your current information and your membership renewal along with your check. The 2012 national, state and chapter dues are shown below.

Chapter dues:	$25.00
National dues:	$30.00
State dues:	$13.00
Sub-total:	$68.00

If you are a dual member only the $25 Chapter due is required.

If you are a life member, your dues will be $38.

If payment is not received by December 31, 2011 you will become inactive.
